Green Forest’s Hawaiian Espresso Blend contains a proprietary blend of beans from around the Big Island of Hawai’i. This may include coffees from: Kona, Ka’u, Hamakua, and Kohala.
Although just about any coffee bean and roast can be brewed Espresso style (Espresso is more a method of brewing than a type of coffee), we roast this Espresso Blend a little different than we do with 100% Kona coffees. We roast this a little darker than our Vienna and a little lighter than our French to get a rich yet smooth flavor good for Espresso brewing – great for Espresso shots, Americanos, lattes, macchiatos, cappuccinos, and more.
