Half Caf is a 50/50 mix of – 100% Kona Private Reserve Vienna Roast and – 100% Kona Decaf (Decaffeinated Private Reserve Beans) Vienna Roast.

We mix 2 batches of Kona coffee to cut down the caffeine content by about 50%.  One batch is regular 100% Kona Private Reserve, the other is Decaffeinated 100% Kona Private Reserve.  We make this special for Kona coffee lovers who want to cut down on caffeine, but not eliminate caffeine completely.  (Note: The decaffeinated Kona coffee is made with a chemical-free decaffeination process – there are no harmful chemicals used when removing the caffeine.)
